String to...
I am not sure if this is possible, so I am asking if and maybe some kind of direction on how to do so.
I know the TabbedPane element has a targetpage attribute and the Data element also has a target attribute. I kinda have an idea how these work but I am not sure if I can use them or how to use these to do what I want to accomplish. But what I am trying to do is write a string for an OnShow event (Page A) that links to a specific page (Page B) under a certain tab. So...ummm possible or no? and how would I go about it? thanx in advance :) |
Not quite sure what you are asking but yeah you can dynamically change either of those.

Wonderful. :D But the question is, how?
If your not sure what I mean, an example of what I mean is probably the chat window. In my chat window, I have several tabs for different channels: Main, 70's, WWclass, Raid, Guild, etc etc. Basically, I want to script an event when a page becomes Visible (OnShow) that changes the attributes dynamically of say the Raid channel. The problem is if I change the ChatDisplay attributes, it effects all the channels and not a specific one. I just want it to effect one of them. |
In your example you will want to set TabPane.ActiveTab=2 :)

/facepalm
I was looking at that too and for some reason it just didn't click. I haven't gotten a chance to test it but I think that should do the trick. Thanx again, gm9. :) |
