On Chat Hotkey, Wipe Text Input Field
 

I can't tell you the number of times I've accidentally sent out some half-typed string I was working on a minute ago that i forgot about before I hit 'G' to type something to my group, only to realize after I hit enter that the half-typed string was still there. Is there anything that can be done to wipe any text still existing in the default input box when a key like "G" is hit?

prolly not.. i mean.. where would you put code for that? even if it were possible to map code to a keypress theres no way to gobalize it.. Something will have focus..
