Problems with "Maintained" window

The window for maintained spells is defaulting to the left hand side under my character. When grouped it covers up the first group member under me. In addition, the window seems to be very large, as it prevents me from clicking on party members below it. Even though the window show the X that appears to make it draggable, it is not.I have use the locator to move the windows to the upper right (approx. EQ's default location), but it will go back to the default when I log out, and sometime just from zoning. Also, when in that location, whenever I scroll my cursor to anywhere on that side of the screen a maintained spells message pops up, as if it takes up that whole side of the screen. I have to turn my character to center whatever it was that I was trying to target.

Any ideas as to how I can get it to stay in the new position and/or why the window appears to be so large?

Hit f10 to see black background of the window
right click window and click window settings
uncheck locked and click through
hit ok
move and size window where you want it
right click window and click window settings
check locked and click through
hit f10 a couple more times to set backgrounds back to normal

now wait at least 1 minute before you zone or camp and you should be gtg

Well, I hit F10 and can see the window. I can now see why it is blocking everything. It is huge. Unfortunately, I can't do anything about it. The window shows that it is unlocked, but I can't do anything to move or resize it. When I try, it just turns the camera around my character. I have tried locking it and unlocking it again, but that didn't help. Any other ideas?

go to window settings and uncheck clickthrough

That worked. Click-through was on. Once I turned it off I was able to move and resize. Thank you for the F10 hint. That was a huge help. :)

I've seen this before, it seems that it has a tendency to get rather large if you go between windowed/full-screen sometimes.

And yep, always check click-through when the window is unlocked but its not letting you move it.
