Heya

Lol found yesterday that i cant log into game.. it states i have no account (=account closed)... However i have no single idea why someone would have banned me -- or cant this be another more common problem?

Has anyone experienced similar problem recently?

Your best bet would be to call Customer Service. You should be able to find the number in the support section of the EQ2 Station web site. You might also try logging on to your Station account to see what the status of your EQ2 game account is.

This happened to me twice, I'll list my problems and hope it helps you

1st time this happened was when I started EQ1, about 2 months later, my account was inactive. I checked with SOE and it said my account had not been paid even though it was a recurring charge. I later discovered that my bank had put a block on it as a preventative measure to prevent internet credit card fraud. I had to tell them to allow the charge and try again.

2nd time around I couldn't log in and I called my bank first, just to check and it says that no charge was made to my account and that nothing was blocked. So I checked with SOE and they stated that my card was declined (with no reason to give for it). I called my bank back and they told me that my card was fine, no charge was received for it from SOE this month. I reentered my bank information online to my account for EQ2 and it took it, haven't had a problem since.

yes it seems can be because of credit card too
