New Install from Scratch?

If I want to do a completely new install of the UI, do i delete the UI folder, or just the Fetish folder? And what other files should I get rid of?

1) Delete or rename your existing FetishNightfall folder, which is located in your UI folder.
2) Extract the zip into your base EQ2 folder if you want to overwrite your old EQ2.ini just in case.
OR
2') Extract the FetishNightfall folder from the zip into your UI folder.
