loving this collecion - /claim window issue
 

Lovig this collection, but for some reason it does not appear that all of my veteran rewards are beling listed in the /claim window.

Is there a known issue with this particular window, or is there a way I can default just this window back to the "base" UI?

It is rather unlikely that you are missing items, but if you want /petition and let CS handle it. This is not UI related.

I'm in a quandary then, the GMs say that they are showing the reward I'm looking for on my "3rd year veteran" tab and that the issue is the UI.

With ProfitUI everything is in a list, not tabs, and the item is not in the list on any of my chars.

So it's finger pointing between the UI and the GMs, now where do I go?

Just for kicks, is ther a way to turn of the UI for just the /claim window?

Did you actually check if it is there with the standard UI? The veteran rewards are like packages, once you claim the reward, all the stuff included with this reward is transferred to your inventory. They do not show up as single items in the claim window.

What you are seeing is the Default UI's /claim window, ProfitUI does not modify it. ;) Feel free to go /defaultui though.

The /claim window's never had tabs to my knowledge. It's always been one big list. Now, the veteran rewards are listed simply as a single item, something like "Veteran Reward - X years". When you claim that reward, you get several items put into your inventory. If you right-click over the reward line you'll get a menu listing all the items in that reward and allowing you to examine each.
