New dl error: Data base

Now im getting a new error "Unknown dl Error: Database
Error creating web proxy"system.net/defaultproxyconfigurationsection" so what do i do now to fix this ..

please respond

Sorry, no idea, never seen this error before.
You can try to reinstall .NET

is there diferent file other than eq2 exe for install i do use profit ui ?

did re instal says error

Gives me drp dwn box with al kinds of code in it i dont understand and just says error help
