Should I wait till after Nov 18th to install EQ2MAPS?
 

I'm wiping my hard drive this weekend and installing everything fresh. I was wondering with the map changes coming, should I wait till after Nov 18th to install EQ2Maps. I saw on the home page where you said that EQ2Maps would be compatable, but I wasnt sure if a new installer was going to be necessary?

Just depends on if u can live with out it or not.

Considering it's a breeze to install and uninstall, I see no reason to not use it.

There will be an updated EQ2MAP updater with TSO release, old versions will no longer be supported. Whether you use the current version until then is up to you.

I noticed on the new maps that there are no POI's (Blue, Yellow, Orange, and Red dots)... I hope that those will be coming back... I also noticed that when I put a waypoint in it did work properly...

Hope the Updater gets updated because we all live by it..

The updater is updated and no we are using SOE's new icons for the most part. Using our own group icons and mob/named icons.
