start up issue
 

i have all the updates for profit ui at this point .i also have all my acounts up to date . but when i go to update the game it will update up to a point and then cancel. is this a profit issue or something more? have i missed a down load since new update please let me know

Its not a profit issue. I have this from time to time, drives me crazy. You just have to keep hitting the download text.. It'll download some then cancel again. Just repeat the process till the update is done. Or you can install the beta launch pad and it updated EQ2 for me when it was doing this.

Can also happen if one of the files is locked or can otherwise not be written. In that case you will always fail at the same file. Reboot your system.

Doing a full scan for the game helped me when I had this happen as well
