Cusomizing NPCs in Guild Hall
 

When I try and customize the NPCs the window is all black. I tried and delete the playerhousing.xml but that didnt work. Also there is an amenity that stashes all the harvestable the gathering NPCs collect - that window is also black.

You need the amenities download. As do I, because I can't seem to find that particular update for Fetish Nightfall. Before I switch to a different UI, I'm going to try again to see if there's anything glaringly obvious I've missed; as it is, it would seem Fetish hasn't yet been updated.

Also try sorting the files in the Default UI folder by date, then copy the ones date 10-08 or whatever to your fetish folder as needed. as well as including that line mentioned above. However, the only major change in the playerhousing.xml. The persona and tradeskill windows were not changed enough to warrant replacing in the current fetish version. I just overwrote the playerhousing.xml and added the 4 other new files into my fetish folder and it runs perfectly fine, although I will admit I did do some editing myself since the file comparisions are on the main page with the new additions listed in red on the right side.

I also had the black window when looking at the harvesting depot in our guildhall. After pulling my hair out I found the following file at fault and deleted it: eq2ui_inventory.xml

I tried all the little tricks. I still have black screens. Any other idea's?

edit your eq2ui_inventory.xml file and add this line to it..<include>eq2ui_inventory_container.xml</include> and that will fix the harvesting container. As for the hirelings go.. Harczos is correct, just follow his directions bellow. And deleting the playerhousing will fix the issue with amenties not showing up when ye click your guild hall door.

If you get to the point of pulling your hair out trying to fix just this or just that, follow these steps and fix them all. Then pray that Zonx gets us a better looking fix quick. :)
