Appearance Slots

I recently tried to place items in my appearance slots and they are not working can someone pleaseeeeeeeeeee help me. Yes i have fetish nightfall 10.0 installed

Is this across the board or on just one alt? Remember that you need to be level 20 to use appearance slots.
