Ads on the site and why
 

On the top I can see the ad but on the right side all I get is a white box. I just reinstalled Vista and this is when this behavior started any idea how I can get the ad to display?

I don't see that ad either, seems to be an issue of the add host, for the image source it sends a redirect to a different URL and then a zero sized response (this is on XP with Opera).

ah good just that I never noticed until I had a system crash and had to reinstall. Well not really a crash got that gamma ramp bug that was plaguing users when certain startup programs were added. Thank god they finally found a solution to it.

Are you talking about the front page box ad on the right column? That ad is only sold for some countries at the moment. Its been awhile though, should talk to our ad people and see if its still serving ads.
