Voice Chat

Master voice volume and microphone sensitivity will no longer get reset back to default values when you reload the game.
The command /voice_mute has been replaced with /voice mute and /voice unmute.
Players now get an error message when holding down their push-to-talk key while moderator muted.
You will no longer see speaking messages for players who are moderator muted.
New players joining channels while the entire channel is muted are now muted as well.
/voice invite now displays a popup window similar to group invites.
An icon will now be displayed above a player's head when they are speaking in your chat channel. A new option has been created to disable this feature.
Pressing Escape will no longer close the Voice Users window.
