Target window Request
 

Would it be possible to display the "effects" part of the target window at the top, with it filling in left to right and up? I hacked up an image to show what I mean.

I guess this isn't possible, or no one knows if/how to do it either. :(

No it is not possible. I've tried to mess with that icon bank a lot, to no avail. The developers hard coded in certain behaviors into it. Believe me, really not worth the frustration.
