tinkering and transmuting
Is it possible to have a meter like regular xp/crafting xp?
Yes it probably has been asked or even discussed already but alas i am kinda lazy and didnt want to look it up =) |
No, because they don't use xp.
Tinkering and Transmuting operate based on random skill-ups... theres no such thing as xp for them. |
Tink/Mute
Wouldnt it be possible to make a window, with x amount of little peices, each representing a skill up, then when you skill up, it reads it from the given info, then fills in a little peice? like
(__________) <~ 0% but after a skill up (|_________) <~ 1% etc I know it would be a pita, but isnt it possible? |
In short.....no.
In long......That information isn't readily available to be used in this fashion (i.e. it is not shown visibly in the UI nor is it an element the modders/authors here have access to in order to create something like this). My guess would be to /feedback this in game. Perhaps SOE will implement this from their end. |

So exactly what would the % in the bar you're proposing be measuring, anyway? -- Darryl |
You could always, you know, open your persona window to the skills>tradeskill tab and theres precisely that... a bar of current/max skill. But we don't have that information as dynamic data so that's the *only* place you can see it, I believe.
