Icon Bar after reinstall location?

Hello,
I am always reinstalling eq2 and Icon Bar is the one thing that never comes back (I know I should start backing up but I just copy over). Where is this information stored so I can copy it over to my new computer?

You current Icon Bar settings are in \UI\DarqUI_v3\POI\darquiv3_iconbar.xml.
