A related wish, UIBuilder will often save files that weren't modified during the session. I usually get eq2ui_fonts.xml, eq2ui_ime.xml, eq2ui_mainhud_guild.xml, eq2ui_mainhud_help.xml, eq2ui_mainhud_quantityselector.xml, eq2ui_mainhud_quickbar.xml, and eq2ui_popup_usagealarm.xml. Having it not do that would be nice. :) (Unless it's something I did wrong, but I can't imagine what it would've been. Copied eq2ui.xml from Default, copied entire contents of currently applied custom UI folder, opened UIBuilder, clicked File -> Save, Closed UIBuilder. Poof, new files in my working folder.)

If you even move a window in the builder to make a clean space to work on another window it will update the pack locations of the one's you moved out the way, So alough "you" havent changed the windows the builder has written the new pack location into them..... But you guys know this already right? :)

I agree, it needs to detect if you just did a save.

It's annoying to do save, and then exit and have it ask if you want to save again.

And then NOT exit if you DO save on the way out like every other program does if when it asks if you want to save on the way out. :p

Moving windows has nothing to do with it.. make a new folder and put just EQ2UI.xml in it.. Then open it with UIBuilder.. Don't touch anything at all.. Just let it load.. Then save.. You will now have like 12 files..
Probably more after todays patch with new windows..

Bobble knows about it and said he would look at it:

However it seems the list of unnecessary saved files is growing!!
