EQ2Interface - update problem

hello
unfortunately i can't download the necessary files when i click on update button. server is incredibly slow while getting file list. after that when i click update the files button, it never downloads any file and it writes "could not download" for each file. i tried it with both standart and alternate download method. im using the latest version of DarqUI Unified.exe which is 3.1.2.2. there is no antivirus or firewall issue on my end, i even let the program through my firewall both inbound and outbound. also there is no internet speed problems with my connection, its quite fast actually. i couldnt figure out what is the problem. do you have any idea ?
