Chat Scroll Bar

I like to open a second combat only window. While the Chat Scroll Bar on my chat window is OK, I don't want or need it on my combat window. Frankly, if it's only possible to have it on all windows or not on any, I'd take none.

Is this doable? I'm guessing if it's not hardcoded it shouldn't be too hard, right?

Id like to hie the scroll bars too. They finally did this in EQ, Im sure it can be done for eq2
