Have to load Darq ui on EQ2 each login
 

I am having a couple problems lately using Darq UI on Everquest 2. Any help would be appreciated.

1) I have to load Darq Ui every time I log onto EQ2

2) When using Darq UI, sometime the spell Icons on my mercenary turn into clouds and you can't see the spells at the bottom.

1. Log out of the game completely, then on the Files page of the utility click the blue link Make this UI the default. If the link already says Stop using this UI as the default then click it twice -- once to unset it, then again to set DarqUI as your default.

Now before you start the game, check the date stamp on two files in your EverQuest II folder: eq2.ini and eq2_recent.ini. Both of those should have date and time from just a few moments ago. If they don't, please post here again.

2. Mercenary spell icons in the Character window will be blank (clouds) when you use /loadui as you have been doing. The fix above should prevent you from needing to use /loadui and your merc icons will be visible. If you still need to use /loadui, dismiss and resummon your merc and the icons will be visible again.
