EQ2Interface - [Added] [Map] Castle Vacrul: Suite of Screams

This is the third of the Castle Vacrul zones. This map works with the Solo and Heroic II versions of the dungeon (there is no Heroic I version). It belongs in the Vetrovia category, and the zone-in is off of Forlorn Gist, just like the last Castle Vacrul zone.
