Blinking UI

The UI bar continuously blinks on some of my characters. I have no idea why this happens ... any suggestions to get it to stop?

I'm assuming you mean the Experience bar, and if it's flashing green it means your Tithe points are maxed out at 10 for the affected characters. You can stop the blinking in one of two ways: Spend some Tithe points in the Deity window, or to disable it permanently set the Tithe point alert to zero in the window manager.
