ig chat timestamp

i wonder if it's possible to modify the chatwindow to show a timestamp next to all messages. don't know if ui mods are restricted to layout only.

We are pretty much restricted to layout only. =/
It's a nice feature to bug soe with, i know the log gets timestamped.
