Target/Implied to show casting of NPC.
 

Just read this little interesting line of test in the Test Update Notes dated Sept 15th.

Your Target and Implied Target windows will now display the casting activity of NPC targets.

Pretty cool...

Yea this will be a big help for the people that can't run the game on a high enough level to see the casting animation and particle effect in order to know when the mobs is about to cast a nasty.
