Merc Battalion Buff
 

Now people are paying a lot more attention to levelling multiple Mercs to enhance the Battalion Buff. Would it be possible to change The Mercenary List so that it shows what level each merc has reached without having to summon them to inspect? Very similar to the mount window where it shows each mounts level.

This would be a great quality of life improvement, but unfortunately it's going to have to come from the game developers. The UI only gets access to a merc's level after it has been summoned. I can imagine a way to "track" the values as they level up while summoned, but it would be a considerable amount of code for essentially a post-it note that players would have to maintain manually.
