Missing Implied Target Window
 

I had to do a fresh install of eq2 today. I installed fetish and copied the various uisettings files over from my USB drive, but the implied target window is missing. Any idea on how to rectify this without following the KB article?

Try using the locator tool in the start button menu to reposition the window x,y coordinates on screen. That is usually the issue with components not showing up (off screen).

If that doesn't do the trick try hitting F10 and type into the chat window

/show_window MainHUD.impliedtarget

This should make the window visible and allow you to position it where you want it.

You can also clear your target and hit Alt+T (or is it Ctrl+T) to show both target windows empty. Then hit F10 to make all windows 100% opaque.

I am having a similar issue on a fresh install of fetish 10.9. It appears that the implied target window is in its default location. If i hover over it I get the little buttons for links to zam, eq2i, etc. If i right click and hit Window Settings all the settings are exactly the same as for my target window. However, no actual information shows in the implied target window.

The other oddity is that if i have no target, i get no buttons for links to zam, eq2i, etc when hovering over my target window location, but if i hover over the implied target area I still do get those buttons.

Okay, my apologies for not understanding how implied targetting works/doesn't work before posting this. I had no idea that if YOU were the implied target the window won't show up even in the default UI.

Re-tested using my Illusionist and let the pet get aggro and the implied target window works just fine.
