Renfry's Basement transport?
 

Is it just me or is the Renfry's Basement item still missing from the transport window? (I see it in the XML, just not in game.)

You're right, download it again and you should see Renfry's on the items page. Thank you for the heads-up.

How do you bring up the transport window?

You can use Window Manager or the utility to add a Transport icon to the Start menu, the Experience window or the floating Nav bar (it's already on the Nav bar by default.) If you want to put it on a hotkey or the Icon Bar the command is

show_window Custom.Transport.Toggle
