Why doesn't the floating bar stay active all the time?
 

That floating bar, the one with those icons for the quick travel and other icons, sometimes it doesn't show up for some reason. I can go back into the settings and get it to come back, and I make sure it's saved as active (it shows as set to active before). When it's not showing, I just click it off, then back on again (and save the setting), but it's odd. It's not consistent, and not consistent between toons either. It just seems to randomly happen, and I don't notice it until I go to use the quick travel and it's not there. It's not a huge annoyance, but I'd love to find out what's happening. Any suggestions?
