Utility is not responding.
 

Well I have disabled, my anti virus and my firewall.

When I run the utility it is fine until I try to update anything and then it starts to lag and is not responding. This is a newer (less than a week) install on windows 10 Pro.

Perhaps I am missing a redistributable? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

The utility targets Microsoft .NET Framework 4. Make sure you have that and please post again with your results.

(If v4 is installed you will have the folder C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319)

I tried to run the installer and it says that I have the same or Higher version of .NET framework.

I did check and I do have C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319

Honestly it is above my head at this point. But I am still open to suggestions.

In the \UI\DarqUI_v3 folder there is a file called utilitylog.txt. Open that and look near the bottom and see if you see any lines involving file downloads. Copy/paste anything interesting to me in a private message -- don't post it here.
