Could not connect to webserver
 

I have the updater Downloaded, when i go to start it I get a windows message saying Could not connect to webserver. please check your connection or set your proxy.there is no proxy server i have to go through .

I looked in file setting and the update URL has what i assume is your website address

http://www.advancedmod.com/DrumsUI/live/

any Ideas on what is going wrong ?

Just tried it, works fine for me. Perhaps the website was down at the time. Happens again might try just browsing to the site to if it's the website itself that is down for you or if it's something with the updater itself.

You have the latest Updater version? (the one that was released a ~week ago)

yes I have current , I just tried this all over again uninstalled java and drumsui updater and get same msg

could not connect to webserver
please check your connection or set your proxy


as stated before i have no proxy server and the update url is correct under the settings tab

Just tried it. Works for me. Have you tried browsing to http://www.advancedmod.com/DrumsUI/live/ using Internet Explorer or Firefox or something to see if your computer can get to the site over the internet at all?

i can get to the site just fine ;9
