Tithe alert won't stay away
 

It keeps popping up blue even though I have it set to 0 and unchecked flash tithe alerts. :mad:

You've done it correctly, although the tithe alert setting is not global -- are you turning the setting off for each character?

You can hide the alert panels permanently by editing the XP bar file. In eq2ui_mainhud_experience.xml, use Notepad to search for two lines very near the bottom of the file. Search for:

Name="TitheAlertBkg"
Name="TitheAlertBkgF"

On each of these two lines, near the end, you'll see

Size="947,34"

which you'll want to change to

Size="0,0"

This will stop the solid and flashing tithe alert panels from appearing. Please post again if it's still giving you trouble.

This was such a great feature back then, sure didn't last long tho. I only use the deity abilities now and then in raid. They fill up almost instantly and that flashing really distracts me. Gone now tho.
