[Fixed GU51] WC_Titlebar broken when Visible="false"
 

WC_Titlebar of Mainchat is currently broken on Beta. I can't get any events to trigger from it, and possibly it does not even show up, didn't test for that though.

I sent Rothgar a PM about this.

This is still live, it happens to all windows where WC_Titlebar is set to Visible=false in the XML.
