White Map Screen

When i zone in I have the POIs and the pointer is a white box but the Map its self is white what did i do wrong

First thing would be to check the FAQ

If its ALL the maps you're having trouble with, the faq should give your answer.
If its just one and they are all right, could you please list the zone that you are having trouble with so we can try to reproduce and troubleshoot it?
