Sorry for not noticing earlier.

Are all these maps for Homes only?

For homes and guilds we have had the maps disabled for POI adding.
Is this the case here to or are there some fixed POI's that we should add?

Hello there!
The 4 maps in prestige and the 5 maps in Qeynos are all house maps so they don't need PoI. The one that I redid in Qeynos to add the 3rd room (a three room apartment, version 2 ) had an entry PoI for zone in, I don't think it's useful but it might create problems if you don't disable it on your side or allow the PoI.
All others are brand new so no need for PoI and I tested them without problems.

And it's me that need to be sorry, I asked for the Deep Chelsith maps and zonerect and took a month to deliver!
