Let me start by warning how excruciatingly annoying this is to setup...
Although a major pain to setup this is extremely helpful for Artisans/Tradeskillers Reference Screenshot for macro setup. Tip Setup all your hotkeys for combat. Fill all blank hotkeys with the "Follow" ability. Go to your in game scripts (aka Macro's) and create a new button. Name the button: Save Hotkeys [Combat] Copy the following text replacing the underlined text with your info: /savehotkeys Hotkeys\Combat\Character name.dat For example mine is: /savehotkeys Hotkeys\Combat\Faetyl.dat Trick Go to your in game scripts (aka Macro's) and create a new button. Name the button: Load Hotkeys [Combat] Copy the following text replacing the underlined text with your info: /loadhotkeys Hotkeys\Combat\Character name.dat For example mine is: /loadhotkeys Hotkeys\Combat\Faetyl.dat Tip Setup all your hotkeys for tradeskill. Fill all blank hotkeys with the "Follow" ability. Go to your in game scripts (aka Macro's) and create a new button. Name the button: Save Hotkeys [Tradeskill] Copy the following text replacing the underlined text with your info: /savehotkeys Hotkeys\Tradeskill\Character name.dat For example mine is: /savehotkeys Hotkeys\Tradeskill\Faetyl.dat Trick Setup all your hotkeys for tradeskill. Go to your in game scripts (aka Macro's) and create a new button. Name the button: Save Hotkeys [Combat] Copy the following text replacing the underlined text with your info: /loadhotkeys Hotkeys\Tradeskill\Character name.dat For example mine is: /loadhotkeys Hotkeys\Tradeskill\Faetyl.dat Once you have both setup simply update hotbar 10 with the new load combat and tradeskill scripts then save again. ;) Edited due to SOE patch |
Harvest Hotkey
Tip
The following script will allow you to press one button to harvest all items. Note: You may copy then paste by using crtl-v while in game... Harvest : ; usea Collecting ; usea Fishing ; usea Foresting ; usea Gathering ; usea Mining ; usea Trapping Trick Place the harvest script in the ctrl-1 hotbar position. Setup a programable mouse/trackball with one of the buttons set to F8 "Target Nearest" and another button to 1 "Attack and Harvest" is you hold ctrl down when you press the button. This will not only allow for quick combat targeting and melee attack; but also "quick draw" on harvesting those shineys. ;) |
