Slight change to Insomniacs scorll-less chat bar
 

Don't want to step on your toes Insomniac, You made an awesome mod, but coming from EQ1 i got too used to the Shift+PageUp/PageDown to loose it..so i put it back in.

First time posting and never posted a mod before either (not that it's really mine)
