Achievements
Bards - Messenger?s Letter will no longer trigger members of an encounter to attack each other.
Items- The set effect on Ring of Tunarian Grace, Queen?s Whisper, and Bangle of Polished Marble has been modified to be slightly more useful to those powerful enough to acquire these items.
UI- Spam messages will no longer put the spammers name as the reply-to name.
