Updated Char select screen for Race to Trakanon
 

I've updated the char select window (aka newcharscene2) for the new Event/Free Trade server changes to that window. This will get incorporated into the next zipped release, whenever that is, but in the meantime just download the attached file and drop it right into your Fetish folder, overwriting the old version.

I also took the chance to add the missing Outpost of the Overlord/Queen's Colony starting option and move them all to more roughly where they belong on the map.
