Is there a way to change the color of the bottom bar from green to something else?

OK, what's bizarre is, after applying a theme, the bottom bar on every character but my my main has a grey bottom bar but my main still has a green bar.

A green tint on the bottom bar is an indicator that you have accumulated some Tithe (deity) points that you can spend. After you have spent down your points the indicator will go away. If you're not interested in getting the warnings, you can set the value to zero in settings.
