Add Dhalgar's Last Call to transport window
 

Since Seru City has a bar, it would be nice to have a button for the Dhalgar's Last Call spell in the Calls tab. Talk to the bartender and the call can go straight there.

I can see how that call was overlooked since it is barely mentioned anywhere. It is a reward for https://eq2.fandom.com/wiki/Banners_of_Thalumbra

Good call (see what I did there). And I've used it several times, as I'm sure Rosyposy (who compiled the transport categories) has done. Not at my game machine so if you try it out before I do, please post again if it's not casting the right spell number.

Also shortened it to "Dhalgar Last Call" since the full name made it a little bit too wide for the button.
