Good to see this site and eq2map is still going strong!

Haven't played in like 5 or 6 years. How is Everquest 2 these days? Is it still worth playing or has it been overly complicated by patchflation?

EQ2 has changed soooooo..... much, it will be like a brand new adventure for you. Enjoy the ride. Lots of info on the web to assist you along. I rejoined a few years back myself and had to learn it all again. I've had a blast!!! Laterz, Silverstorm.. Kithicor rules...

They've made things a good bit easier (and almost trivial in some points), but it's still a lot of fun, IMO. Stats are getting pretty inflated in T9 nowadays, but it's not as bad as it could be considering the level cap is at 90. A lot of it is held in check by the level reqs on gear, so even though the numbers really creep up towards the end it doesn't negatively affect the lower side too badly.

wow expanded to level 90 already! Whats the first one up to 200?

I have no idea what tier I would even be think I was level 29 when I stopped playing so T2? heh. I was always more interested in the UI thing and that's what kept me playing as long as I did. I'm glad the things I created and collaborated on are still about. No plans on returning at this point though (Sorry Ellyana) :P

Don't have much time for any game these days I have been working on a bachelor's degree with a double major in my spare time for the last 5 years and still have one year to go. I do play a couple cheesy browser games here and there but nothing really has my attention these days except for mathematics and computer science 8-|

I check into this place every so often and just thought I would say hello this time. Hope life finds you all well :)
