Problems with eq2_recipe_filter.vdl
 

Towards the end of Beta, I discovered an issue with two of the Requisition Mission recipes that had quotation marks in the titles.

The recipes have quotation marks in the titles, and the eq2_recipe_filter.vdl horks up hairballs. I tried subbing in the HTML quote entity code, but that didn't help. Any ideas of how I can work around the problem, aside from simply not including that pair or recipes in the file?
