OVERLapping Text and OFF Centered Text???

I have noticed that some of my text on the Experience Window and Persona window is off. I'm still trying to get the hang of this stuff. and getting better everyday, but I was wondering which lines should I fix to adjust the overlapping and off centered text.

Picture one is of the Persona Window with the Max Health and Power Regen off Centered. How do I move it up to the Center.


and the 2nd picture is of the Experience Bar Window. where my Ascension Class and Tradeskill class is overlapping.


Now I did adjust the 100% that is over the Health and power color bars to the left, so that I could see the Percentages of how much I have for them, and inlarged them just a tad. And I found where the Level for the tradeskill and Ascension text is but not sure how to move one of them under the other like the persona window shows.
