Fetish merc recall

Lordebon,

I have look all around the merc window and there is no where I have found to recall merc or switch from one to another after they are unlocked for anywhere hire. Thank you for your time!

Lordebon,

I added two pics for you. Pic #10 is default and #11 is fetish. Not sure if I am missing something or not! Seems to be a problem with other ui's as well.
Thanks!

Yes, that's the recent change in the merc panel. The old Hire/Unlock/Return button (the $hire$ in the Fetish screenshot) is gone, replaced by the green handshake button at the bottom of the default screenshot (Hire or Unlock depending on whether the merc's unlocked or not) and the two buttons just below the active merc slot (Suspend and Return, if one can be used it lights up). From what I can tell there's no way to recreate the old 3-way functionality.

The second image shows an outdated version of the DarqUI Character window dropped into the Fetish Core interface. To my knowledge, Lordebon's Fetish Core 12.5 does not modify the Character window. You may want to delete eq2ui_mainhud_persona.xml in your custom folder which will revert you to the current default.

I was hoping there was a way around having to drop the fetish mainhud as suggested but if that is the only way for now so be it! This is the only quirck that I have noticed as of yet! Thanks for the replies!

That is not the Fetish character window. Fetish uses the default currently, you're using someone else's window as a drop in (from DarqUI according to Darqwood) and it's just picking up the color scheme of Fetish.

If you want to continue to use that piece you need to get it updated from the source (DarqUI). Otherwise delete the file and it'll revert to the Fetish default (which is the default window).

Not sure how another UI (DarqUI) got into the fetish folder but it does make sense, I have never used anything but Fetish or default so kinda puzzled, but alas, the problem has been resolved and my apologies for bothering you!

No worries. There's no problem with dropping other UI pieces into Fetish normally, you just have to keep them updated separately. I strive to keep Fetish minimalist and future-proofed as possible, which is why it doesn't include the character window; SOE updates that window all the time without any warning to UI authors so we don't even get a chance to update things beforehand like we do with major updates that go to test/beta.
