Maintained Spells Window question
 

Is there a way to only display the spell icon and the target? I want to hide the name of the spell and only see the icons and targets.

Yes please

This required a structural change to the window so I can't work it into settings, but the file below will show only targets next to icons like the screenshot. Everything else should work, except if you uncheck "Show target of spell" it won't hide targets. To do that you would right-click the window and hide the text area completely.
