Missing alot of windows on fresh install
 

im missing a ton of windows i dont have the EQ2 button so getting to options is hard, im returning from 2012 and want to use fetish again but i dont even see basic windows anywhere? there a way to reset all the windows now? or make them all suddenly visible? cause this is all im getting on a fresh install

Try renaming your character settings xml file so you get a fresh one.

As for the start button - that was SOE/DBG's doing, but if you go to alt+o for options you can assign a key to the start button, it'll then pop out from the xp bar.

ya ive done renaming and Erasing it, all the same and repeated steps to clean install it, The way i fixed it was you have some Layouts and that brought all of the windows in and i just modified it the way i liked it

Were you loading an existing character's UI? You said you were returning so I thought you meant that.

If it's a totally fresh install of EQ2 then you can load one of the (Admittedly now kind of old) presets or you have to open the windows and arrange them manually. DBG by default gives you kind of a bare-bones layout to start.
