hello i just got this when i tried to install a new eq2maps again not sure if this will help or not but i figure i post it to see if i am doing it wrong..

this sounds like an ordinary Firewall problem.. if you got more than 2 uninstall one (if not better to format the disk) and disable the second one.. anyway just disable them firewalls and try again
