Darqui Utility is not working
 

for the last month or so I have been trying to log onto Darqui utility to do updates and cannot get the box to pop up. it just sits there on the task bar and does nothing and has a blank page and I cant even bring that up. any ideas on what to do would be appreciated thanks.

First, right-click the taskbar icon and click the first choice on the menu that appears.

If that doesn't work, right-click the taskbar icon and click Close window. Download version 3.1.2.0. Put it in the same folder as your old copy, but when Windows asks if you want to replace the old version, tell it no. Usually you want to replace the old utility with the new one, but in this case you want to have both copies next to each other. Now open the new copy and see if the window will appear.

got it working and I was able to get 6 updates. and I pinned it to taskbar so I wouldn't lose it again. thanks for all the help. I am a happy camper atm. :nana: or a dancing banana.
