Bars in windiow.

I am not sure what to cal it, but the bar at top left of the window, the one that shows % of TS, CS, GL and AAP. It also shows run speed and status points. Mine use to always show run speed and status points. Now it will only show them when I hover over it. I want it to always show them again. Anyone that can help me change it? Thanks for any help.
