Customizing Click Abilities

Is the stickied "customization" thread still up to date with the new changes? What I want to do is change those handy little buttons to Cure Curse, Oration of Sacrifice II, and Mana Flow, all while announcing these casts to group and raid. I want this for both the group buttons and the ones in the raid window, are they separate changes or will they both be affected by changes to the raidabilities.xml file?

Go to your Plugins folder under your FetishNightfall folder and run the RaidAbilitiesEditor. It should have all the options you need to customize these. Although Zonx seems to have done some serious overhauling of how all that stuff works with the latest release, from what I've been able to tell, my RaidAbilitiesEditor still works properly to modify those settings. If you edit the ones for the Default set, they will be the ones automatically active when you log in.

You can of course do everything you want with raidabilities, and the editor makes that simple, however...

_Fetish_clickcures.xml is a completely separate file from raidabilities. This file controls what happens when you click a detrimental icon in the PLayer, Group and Raid windows.

If you open it in NotePad, you should find the following code on about line #39
Code:

<Data ability="Cure Curse" abilityNum="969542071" channel="true" channelName="healchan" group="false" Name="Curse" raid="false" tell="false" />
If you always want Cure Curse announced in raid channel, change...
raid="false"
to
raid="true"

By default, Cure Curse is setup to announce in a custom channel named "healchan". If your guild uses a custom channel for important announcements like this, you probably want to replace that channelName with whatever you're guild uses.

Note: you can make changes on-the-fly while in-game by Clicking the FetishCentral button (below the EQII button) and selecting "ClickCures". In-game changes will be lost when you log out.

Thank you both, seems to have done the trick.
